Returns & Withdrawal from Contract

Bought from us and changed your mind? You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to return your order, and you don't need to give a reason.

How it works

1. Fill in the form below — this gives notice of your withdrawal from the purchase contract.
2. You'll receive an e-mail confirmation right away.
3. Within 14 days of submitting the form, send the goods back to:

4. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method you used. This includes the delivery cost to you (at our cheapest standard rate).

Good to know

• Goods should be undamaged and unworn, ideally in the original packaging. Trying something on is of course fine — just as you would in a shop.
• Return shipping is at your cost.
• We're unable to accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
• We may hold the refund until the goods reach us.
